In the UK & Ireland, this means the local arms of our largest global brands. Given the scale of these partners, this team is a critical piece of Deliveroo’s growth and success.</p> <p class="p1">3 days in our London HQ is required.</p> <p class="p1"> </p> <h3 class="p1"><strong>The Role</strong></h3> <p class="p1">As a Client Partner, you will lead the relationship, strategy, project planning and account management for one or more of our largest global restaurant partners in the UK & Ireland. You will own the past and future of those relationships: building the annual joint business plan, leading contract negotiations and renewals, and working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations and product to deliver it. You will also work with the partner’s EMEA and global counterparts, and partner closely with the DoorDash and Wolt EMEA and Global team to bring world-class technology and best practices to your accounts. </p> <p class="p1"> </p> <p class="p1"><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <p class="p1">● Own the overall off-premise strategy for your partners across every phase of the relationship (piloting, rollout, support and growth)</p> <p class="p1">● Lead contract negotiations and renewals, agreeing terms that unlock mutual value and grow like-for-like sales and take rate</p> <p class="p1">● Use data and insights (SQL, dashboards and analysis) to find growth opportunities, build the business case for recommendations and sell Deliveroo’s suite of products and services into strategic clients</p> <p class="p1">● Oversee partner-specific needs such as POS integrations, customised reporting, menu optimisation, merchant marketing and operational improvements</p> <p class="p1">● Lead business reviews and present to partner executives and Deliveroo senior leadership, handling challenging questions with confidence</p> <p class="p1">● Work cross-functionally and serve as a working team lead across marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations, product and support</p> <p class="p1">● Help raise the analytical capability of the team by sharing best practice, and contribute to the hiring and development of the Enterprise team as it grows</p> <p class="p1"> </p> <p class="p1"><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Requiring a high level of commercial skills, you will demonstrate excellence in selling, negotiation and account management, combined with the passion and drive to shape the culture of an inclusive, sustainable and successful team.</li> <li class="p1">You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy and analytics, strategy and operations, investment banking, account management, business development or other analytically-intensive and client-facing roles</li> <li class="p1">You have strong SQL skills: you can pull, read and manipulate large data sets yourself and turn them into insight (other forms of data experience can be considered)</li> <li class="p1">You have a track record of end-to-end problem solving: spotting a problem, ideating a solution and taking it all the way to a measurable, high-value outcome with cross-functional teams </li> <li class="p1">You are an excellent data storyteller who can build a clear narrative from data and present it, and defend it, to senior executives</li> <li class="p1">You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions, with strong project management, organisation and presentation skills</li> <li class="p1">You are a problem solver at core with a strong bias for action, you like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture, and you are comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts</li> <li class="p1">You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance</li> <li class="p1">You have well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style to all levels and situations</li> <li class="p1">You are comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster and smarter</li> <li class="p1">Nice to have: experience with global or US brands, tech or startup exposure, marketplace, logistics or unit economics knowledge, and prior people leadership or hiring experience.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h2> <p>At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
