We are a group of specialists dedicated to creating innovative compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain world-class talent.</p> <p>Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Advisory:</strong> Provide ongoing expert consultation to Leaders, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition on complex compensation-related challenges.</li> <li><strong>Incentive Design:</strong> Partner with global commercial teams to design, implement, and scale effective sales incentive plans that drive business growth.</li> <li><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong> Perform research on emerging trends and best practices in commercial compensation, using analytics to enhance our global programs.</li> <li><strong>Data-Led Insights:</strong> Deliver analytical recommendations on compensation trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure we remain competitive and equitable.</li> <li><strong>Systems Innovation:</strong> Support the integration of compensation processes into modern SaaS solutions (Workday) to improve operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our humble expectations</strong></h2> <p><strong>Essential</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Significant experience</strong> in compensation analysis and design, specifically within a global, matrixed technology environment.</li> <li><strong>Deep expertise</strong> in managing short- and long-term incentive programs, with a focus on Sales Incentive Plans and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).</li> <li><strong>Advanced analytical skills</strong>, with a proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders through data-informed decision-making.</li> <li><strong>Technical proficiency</strong> in Google Sheets/Excel and experience leveraging modern HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).</li> <li><strong>Proven ability</strong> to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organisational agility.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience navigating compensation structures during periods of significant organisational change or integration.</li> <li>A background in consulting or specialised compensation design agencies.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></h2> <p>At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
