In this role, you’ll help us play a key role in planning, building, and executing CRM campaigns. Working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Data Analytics, Creative, Product, and Engineering, you'll help deliver highly personalised customer communications that support both commercial objectives and customer needs.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h2> <p>You’ll be joining the Central CRM team. This position will be part of the Central CRM team, composed of 30+ specialists in CRM, dedicated to executing campaigns for the UAE as well as supporting global strategic initiatives. The team collectively strives to expand our subscriber base and enhance engagement metrics, with a primary focus on retaining Deliveroo customers. Serving as the voice of the customer, the CRM team directs efforts toward enhancing personalised user experiences, activating best-in-class CRM and supporting marketing initiatives.</p> <p>Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:</p> <ul> <li>Own the planning, execution, optimisation & reporting of all bespoke campaigns in UAE, across channels such as email & push, to deliver customer growth</li> <li>Create engaging emails, push-notifications, and whatsapp notifications executing them in a timely and effective manner</li> <li>Identifying and executing evergreen automations and triggers</li> <li>Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently (we love Slack channels for everything!)</li> <li>Proactively report on all campaigns to stakeholders & propose/manage changes where necessary</li> <li>Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it</li> <li>Manage multiple projects at once, prioritising effectively across competing issues</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our humble expectations</strong></h2> <p>Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or strong relevant experience</li> <li>2-4 years email application experience</li> <li>CRM / campaign management platform experience</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Experience building automated CRM programmes</li> <li>Experience using data visualisation tools & reporting</li> <li>Highly computer literate</li> <li>Experience using AI tools</li> <li>HTML, SQL, or scripting familiarity</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></h2> <p>At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving. </p> <p>We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better.
