Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.</p></div><h2><strong>About the Team</strong></h2> <p>The Doordash International Executive Recruiting Team is a newly formed team with the mission of identifying and hiring exceptional leadership talent to support the growth of our international businesses (including Wolt and Deliveroo). We’re hiring an Executive Recruiting Researcher who will play a key role in supporting complex leadership searches across multiple functions and markets. In this role, you will own the research and engagement strategy for senior talent across DoorDash International, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to build strong, diverse leadership pipelines. This role will report to the Director of Executive Recruiting.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Help define, design, and implement leadership recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of executive roles, including talent landscape mapping, internal calibration and referrals, and aligning those insights with the external talent market.</li> <li>Focus on external talent market mapping, market and talent insights, as well as senior talent cultivation and bench-building for future leadership needs.</li> <li>Partner closely with Executive Recruiters to launch search engagements, create robust role and candidate specifications, and qualify and present leadership candidates.</li> <li>Deliver qualified and diverse pipelines for active searches, while actively networking and building strong relationships with exceptional candidates.</li> <li>Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing efforts through data analysis and reporting, including search progress updates, status reports, and market trends for presentation to senior leadership.</li> <li>Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that enhance candidate identification, engagement, and overall search effectiveness.</li> <li>Support an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the executive hiring process.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools to work smarter and drive market mapping, company research and candidate profiling, while keeping the quality and accuracy of insights high.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading executive-level searches and building senior talent pipelines across diverse company environments (e.g., executive search firm and/or in-house experience within a fast-paced organisation). </li> <li>Deep expertise in market mapping, talent research, and senior-level candidate identification.</li> <li>Skilled at using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude or AI-enabled sourcing platforms to identify senior talent.</li> <li>Ability to combine AI-enabled research with data and market insight to produce sharper, faster talent intelligence for executive searches.</li> <li>Experience leveraging talent market insights and data to influence decision-making with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.</li> <li>Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and highly driven to deliver impact.</li> <li>Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up sourcing, market research and candidate outreach, with sound judgement on where human review is needed.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Diversity, Equity and Inclusion</strong><br><br>At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do.
