As a Creative Video Producer, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-impact video content that resonates with a diverse, international audience. From social media campaigns and corporate brand films to high-end commercial spots, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle. Responsibilities - Conceptualization & Scripting: Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative video concepts that align with brand objectives. - End-to-End Production: Manage all stages of production, including pre-production, directing, cinematography, lighting, and post-production. - Cinematography & Direction: Operate professional-grade cinema cameras and lighting setups to achieve a high-production-value aesthetic. - Post-Production Excellence: Edit raw footage into polished, compelling narratives with sound design, music selection, and motion graphics. - Project Management: Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in video production. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in creative storytelling. - Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
