Strategic Procurement Specialist (Dongguan, China)

Responsibilities: Identifying and evaluating new suppliers of components and materials to meet assigned requirements within specified deadlines and budget constraints, as well as working with the existing supplier base; Monitoring component delivery timelines and prices; Drafting and negotiating contracts in Ukrainian and English; Negotiating payment terms and shipping arrangements with suppliers; Handling compensation claims and product complaints with suppliers; Visiting suppliers in person and conducting negotiations. Requirements: Higher education (preferably in Economics or a related field); At least 2 years of experience in procurement; Basic knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA); Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously; Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions; Proficiency in MS Office; Experience working with Google Workspace tools; Experience working with 1C will be an advantage; Experience working with Jira/Confluence will be an advantage; English — Upper-Intermediate level (B2); Chinese — conversational proficiency (HSK 4/HSK 5, with speaking proficiency of at least HSKK Intermediate level).
